You are welcome to book any length of appointment! The appointment you choose depends on what you want to get out of your massage based on your needs and goals.

If you’re new to massage or it has been over a year since your last massage, 60 minutes is a great starting point. From there, we will map out a custom wellness plan.

As with all wellness practices, consistency is the key! It is important that I see my clients regularly, as the work that I do builds upon itself and we make progress with each session. The better I get to know you, your body, and your preferences, the better results you will see. Typically, I’ll see clients more often at the beginning, and then with less frequency over time, but we will create a customized wellness plan that is just right for you.

Your first few sessions might feel intense and you may notice that your body is sore afterward. This is a totally normal occurrence, as deep tissue massage carries blood and nutrients to your muscles while eliminating toxins. It’s normal to experience muscle and fascia soreness after stimulating muscles that you may not usually use, similar to how you may feel sore after a workout. Over time, however, your body will become increasingly responsive to the bodywork. With regular deep tissue massages, you’ll experience pain relief, reduced stress, increased mobility, improved sleep, and more. You’ll wonder how you ever lived without it—promise!

As much as I love the idea of gifting self-care to a loved one, my massages do not make the best one-time gift. My massages are more about providing ongoing, deep relief through serious bodywork and less about having a relaxing, spa-like experience.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, I ask for a 24-hour notice.

In order to reserve a space on the schedule, a credit card will be required to schedule your appointment online.

Emergency exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. I appreciate your respect and value of my time.

Because the services are priced accordingly, tipping is entirely discretionary, and not an expected part of your service. If you’d prefer to leave a gratuity, you may ask your provider, but you will not be prompted to do so.

A 5% discount is given to all teachers and school district employees, nurses, first responders, and active military on single sessions. Use the code “HELPERS” when scheduling your session online to receive the discount. Please be prepared to present proper documentation, such as an I.D. or pay stub.

Unfortunately, we do not provide prenatal massage at this time.

We strive to provide a high quality deep tissue service and unfortunately are unable to provide this in a side lying or bolstered position.
