I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, a deep tissue bodywork specialist, and the owner & founder of Deep Remedy. I am here to help you achieve your wellness goals through customized, transformative bodywork so you can show up in the world as your best self. 

I love helping people feel relaxed and soothed on a deeper level so they can keep up with life’s demands. My goal is to provide true relief through personalized bodywork and deep tissue massage therapy so you can keep moving and keep having fun. 

My specialized deep tissue method integrates elements of both eastern and western practices, providing innovative solutions to pain, muscle tension, and more. I focus on targeting the layers of dysfunctional tissue in the body to provide substantial relief for chronic pain, sports injuries, and everyday aches and pains. Additionally, regular deep tissue massages improve joint mobility and boost circulation and immune function.

No two bodies are the same which is why every deep tissue massage at Deep Remedy is totally different. From the technique and modalities to the music and lighting, I create a highly customized experience for each client and cater to their needs and wellness goals.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and a deep tissue bodywork specialist, and I am currently working closely with Mandy to further develop and sharpen my deep tissue massage skills. I have been thoroughly trained in the Deep Remedy Method of deep tissue massage and am a great introduction into our unique style of deep tissue massage.
